When I attempt to download it through Windows 10's built in updater, the download itself finishes even though it took nearly six hours to download the update , but after reaching percent, the updater says it is now checking for updates.
Then, the updater says my computer is up to date. When I click the check for updates button, however, the download for the update begins again. I'm very confused as to what is causing this issue. It's like the update is downloading, but not installing.
